Baker Interviews at Stir the Pots

Chef Jeremy Shapiro of Stir the Pots has talked with some of the most prominent bread bakers/authors/teachers you can think of. I’ve found it so interesting to listen to their different personal stories, what draws them to baking, and their perspectives on the current state of baking in the US and around the world. Check out Jeremy’s podcasts of interviews with:

  2. Thanks Susan,
these interviews are a project that initially I had no interest in, but found myself sucked in as my brain was forced to work, there my pride and joy!
Your bread is inspiring for me as well, keep up the good work!

  3. Spell check, they’re or they are my pride and joy!!!

    Thanks for the plug!

  4. You’re welcome, Tanna. I hope you find them as fascinating as I did.

Jeremy, I can see why you would be proud of these interviews. I loved listening to them, and looking forward to your next one!

  5. Susan – I’ve enjoyed these interviews and have to rather sadly admit that I keep them on my iPod and regularly re-listen. I found them thorugh Jeremy’s links on the Dan Lepard site. Thanks for collecting the links all in one place – I hadn’t picked up on the Daniel Leader interview. Barry. PS I will be emailing you about our trip to California last week for which you gave us some great bakery/cafe/restaurant recommendations! We had a fab time!!

  6. Barry, glad to help. I’m looking forward to hearing more about your vacation!
