		<description>I had exactly the same thoughts about the water and salt content. My dough turned out to be rather sticky during kneading so I kept adding flour which in turn adjusted the salty flavour just right. I was quite happy with my results even if they didn't look like regular French baguettes. But yours truly do!</description>
