		<description>I&#039;m just in the middle of making Croissants for breakfast tomorrow morning. They do take a while to put together, but my - it&#039;s so worth the effort. I could post a picture of the last lot which &#124;I made, but don&#039;t know how to do that, but I&#039;m sure you&#039;d be impressed. The dough does freeze very well, and because there are only two of us in the house I cut the dough made with 500 grammes of flour in two and save half for another time.</description>
