I've always liked baking bread but now it has become overwhelmingly a passion. And every week I come look at YeastSpotting and I sink deeper and deeper.
I having been seeing Pain de Beaucaire referenced for years but never seen anything I could really "get it" from until this week when I saw it on Bread cetera - I so want to bake that! But when I look at my counter with two starters starting up, a huge tub of dough in one refrigerator and dough for another challenge in another refrigerator, I'm starting to think I really need therapy.
Anyway, I get a thrill every Friday when I come here.
Thanks for including me.
