OMG. I am totally drooling. Great, just when I temporarily reduce my gluten intake… drat! (Sigh). I am very impressed with the YeastSpotting lineup. So cool, Susan. I miss gluten… the photos are making me want to sneak a nibble or two. I can’t wait until I can eat it again.

Hello Susan. I enjoy your site! I have started to bake bread on a starter recently, a dream very much to like, it turns out is remarkable and very tasty. I adore fresh bread with a crisp, this pure pleasure for me. ??????? many thanks for very detailed recipes It helps me to study at you.. At you it is very cosy on a site. When I for the first time have found your site and have opened it, I have felt that I as houses, warmly, cosy, and is tasty smells as bread directly from the monitor of a computer. I the artist and to bake bread this my hobby, cookery it too creative process, I adore beautifully cooked food, and I enjoy photos of a batch from your oven. Bread looks as a masterpiece!!! I look at a photo of your bread as on pictures and I enjoy!! I collect gradually to try to bake all your bread – it looks is remarkable!!! Speak good bread it turns out only at very kind people, at malicious bread to turn out rigid. I photograph bread which I bake for myself, and I show the friends, I do not know as it to show here.
