Yup, I love looking at how people get to The Sour Dough there too. I think my most recent favorite was "Sourdough cure for syphilis" and then there is the constant strange link to my site through searches for Barry Manilow?!

HoneyB and Sandra, yours are way better than mine! But now I will rank for those things too. Wonderful, thanks!

Sandra, thanks for cluing me in about the Times list, what an honor to be among such awesome company. If only I had know that was coming, I would have planned a more dignified post to greet the people who are clicking over here from the article!

See! I told you that people sometimes swallow the baby Jesus!!

I often look at my search terms when I want a laugh. If people only knew that whatever they type ends up somewhere.

I have baked bread for years but never really dug into it much. My husband gave me the La Brea Bakery cookbook about 10 years ago. I opened it up and saw 2 to 3 days to make bread and I thought, are they crazy? Recently I've been converted and have reopened that cookbook, then a friend of mine found your blog. I guess I'm finally ready to cross that line into real bread baking. Really like your blog great informative posts and good recipes.
