Ken, I gently flip them onto a flipping board (see video on how to use one: http://www.wildyeastblog.com/2009/01/12/how-to-use-a-flipping-board-video/) so the floured side is up, then slide them onto a sheet of parchment. The whole parchment sheet goes onto the baking stone.
