If I may suggest something, freezing some of the melon chunks before you process them, will save you a lot of chilling after this marvelous gazpacho is ready and nobody will be willing to wait to have eat it.

I always feel somewhat guilty for letting bread go stale purposefully. I know that it has its purpose, but I can’t help but feel like I am “wronging” the bread by not enjoying it in its freshest, most flavorful state. Silly, isn’t it?

Oh my heavens! I read ‘Emeril’ along the way and KNEW immediately that you were headed down the path of EXCELLENCE!

Seriously, what we have here is a divine interpretation. I can’t wait to try this! Temps were hitting toward 100 all week; the garden is blessing me with cukes and I’m in need of a revamp of the thought processes, especially with temps blazing me right out of my kitchen.
