		<description>I&#039;ve got so enamored with the picture of these lovely boules that I had to bake this bread tout de suite in my own kitchen.  I blogged about it here on Majology  http://majology.mymaj.net/food/bread/ive-been-baking-a-storm/.  You&#039;re absolutely right.  The bread became our favourite instantly.  I plan to submit it to Yeastspotting - hope this will be acceptable.  Thank you for the formula - as always, your fantastic write-ups make the baking easy and so very relaxing.  I love Wild Yeast!!!</description>
