		<description>Wonderful-looking bread, looks amazing and super crunchy, but not too sure where Mr. Clayton got the idea that they were Cuban.  Cuban bread is super light, soft, and airy.  I bet this is quite the tasty bread for a nice sandwich though!</description>

		<description>Sam, the flavor was certainly not as complex as what you would get with a longer rise and/or a preferment, but it had a very pleasant sweet taste and made great toast!</description>
