A friend just sent me this link and DANG, now I will NEVER get off the computer :) Yes I have every Artisan bread book published that is worth it’s salt and have several starters going and I find I can use my favourite starter with anything I do. thank you for a wonderful exciting site. Got to get some Pine nuts for that Semolina Cranberry Crown. Thanks again.
