Wow, what a perfect dining table centerpiece when you serve a dish that could be nicely complemented by an epi or a baguette. Besides, it’s a perfect arrangement in this flowerless season. Very ingenious.

Wow! I dream of the day when I’ll master the bread making art to bake such a beautiful piece.
I’m just starting and have managed to bake two nice loafs so far. But I’ll sure learn many things from here. 🙂
