  2. Hi Susan, I envy you to be able to go to Panettone class in San Francisco!!!
    I am looking for more than 1 year to find a good recipe ( it is one of my childhood sweet bread that I would like to MASTER) SOME TIME IS PERFECT, SOMETIME IS AWFUL….. and I think your’s is a perfect one!
    All my life I was dealing with gr/kg and now, all my kitchen is prepared for cups, teaspoon…. Is there a way to get your recipe transformed in cup/spoon?
    I would love to follow you for this recipe…
