Beautiful !
Bochenkowo’s Rye bread with pine nuts using sourdough looks very dreamy and I would really want to bake that one. But I need some hand holding with the vocabulary (‘Altus’? etc) and also the process; in his next recipe he talks about Gerard’s sourdough starter used in the ‘previous’ recipe, ie the Rye-pine nuts recipe… but there is no procedure that I learn there.
Bochenkowo, kindly help. That bread is worth dying for…
