Congratulations on this wonderful site, I want to do a query to anyone who can answer me, Spain is talking about a type of bread that has little crumb on the inside and a crispy crust, here called Bread of glass, I like if anyone has heard this kind of bread and you have the recipe please let me know, I’m told the name has been given because virtually no crumbs or alveoli are extremely large, when you bite breaks like it were glass.
I appreciate your suggestions.
Greetings to all and thank you very much for reading my query.
Peter J. Molina.
