Notes from my kitchen, in which I bake bread and raise a few other matters
The weather is warming up here in the Northern Hemisphere. If you don’t have a sourdough starter, now would be a great time to start one from scratch. Flour, water, and patience are the only ingredients. You could be baking up a few loaves of Norwich Sourdough in as little as one week from now!

The other piece of good news is that (I think) I am now authorized to pass this award on to five others whose blogs inspire/awe/entertain/delight me. Of course the bad news is that (I think) I have to restrict my choices to five, because there are so many that I could name.
