I actually got some brotforms for Christmas, and congratulations to the winners, but I was wondering if you had a bread recipe you recommended to use with them?
Mary, any lean dough (without too much sugar or fat) that is not too wet should work with a brotform. Some breads that I suggest are:
Norwich Sourdough
Spelt-Carrot
Cherry-Pecan
