Thanks for the post. I am starting to bake breads and any help is wonderful. Worked in a large bakery before but it was like making hundreds of loaves at once so making a few is way different.

Thanks for the roundup. I didn’t know there were so many bread resources online, especially ones that look so yummy. I especially like the concha bread!
