Thank you so much, Susan, for this cheerful roundup! What a great idea… I also want to thank you for the hard work to put in every week. Visiting Yeastspotting is like going to a house where each and every window is open on a different bakery around the world. Pure magic!

This is such a wonderful treat. I love everything I see and want to try my hand at all of them. Kudos to all the bakers.

A great roundup! I like it that breads from the last years are included, too. I found already one I wanted to bake last year and then forget about it!
    Thank you so much!

I’m amazed, I must say. Seldom do I come across a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head.
The problem is something that too few men and women are
speaking intelligently about. I am very happy I came across this during my search for
    something concerning this.
