  11. I wish I knew about this yeast spotting earlier. I have so many breads on my blog which I could’ve sent. Will remember to send from onwards. Nice collection of bread recipes.

  12. I could not indulge in my Wild Yeast=fix until this morning, but it was worth waiting for :-)

    Pan de tres puntas seems so cool, but there’s a lot this week to drool over….
