  1. Open Question: Is it correct that 2 Cups of starter equal 1 pkg of dry yeast? I am on my third day of fermenting wild yeast and happily It is looking wonderful. I am wondering if I wanted to make a loaf of bread from the discarded wild yeast starter instead of throwing it away how much starter will I us ? I read some where in the fresh loaf site when using wild yeast starter you don’t need much. Please help
