I am attempting to make your “My New Favorite Sourdough” recipe from a July ’07 post you did at TFL. In the recipe you used malted flour. I don’t have access to malted flour right now but I do have barley malt powder. Could I substitute this in the recipe. If so, how much would you recommend adding? Thanks so much
